1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Routune (“Routune”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Routune iOS app and its widgets.

2. Information stored on your device

Routune stores the content you create—such as routines, deadline tasks, special dates, reminder settings, regional calendar preferences, and completion history—locally on your device. The main app and Routune widgets may share this information through Apple’s App Group storage so that widgets can display relevant information.

We do not operate an account system or a server that receives this personal planning content.

3. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Routune asks iOS for notification permission and schedules notifications on your device. You can change or revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Purchases and RevenueCat

Routune offers optional in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment. We use RevenueCat to retrieve product information, validate purchase receipts, restore purchases, and determine whether Routune Pro is active.

For these purposes, RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier and purchase history. Routune does not receive or store your payment card or banking information. RevenueCat’s handling of information is also governed by its Privacy Policy, and Apple’s handling of purchases is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Routune does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use your information to track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information. RevenueCat uses purchase history for app functionality and service analytics such as purchase validation and subscription reporting.

6. Retention and deletion

Local Routune data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective policies and legal obligations. Because App Store purchases are managed by Apple, deleting Routune does not delete your Apple purchase history.

7. Your choices

• Manage notifications in iOS Settings.
• Edit or delete planning content inside Routune.
• Remove local app data by deleting Routune from your device.
• Manage subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Use “Restore purchases” in Routune to restore eligible purchases.

8. Children’s privacy

Routune is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Routune’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
